Servicedesk Agent – IT Support in a Crucial Society Sector 💻

Do you want to work in a varied support role where you help users and solve technical problems daily? We are now looking for a servicedesk agent for an assignment in Eskilstuna.

Here you will work in a broad support function handling issues related to IT, telephony, and business systems – in an environment where your contribution makes a difference every day.

About the Role
As a servicedesk agent, you support users with their daily IT-related questions. Your responsibilities include:

• Reporting faults, orders, and user support
• Permission management
• Issues related to IT systems and telephony
• Documentation in case management systems

The work is primarily conducted via phone, where you guide users through problem-solving and ensure a high level of service.

You collaborate closely with colleagues in servicedesk and support to resolve cases efficiently.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in servicedesk or IT support
• Have good knowledge of:
• Active Directory and Azure AD
• Windows 10
• Office 365 and Teams
• Are familiar with case management systems and remote control tools
• Are comfortable working primarily via phone 📞

About the Assignment

📍 Location: Eskilstuna
📅 Period: July 6, 2026 – June 1, 2027 (possibility of extension)
⏱️ Scope: Full-time (100%)
🕒 Working Hours: Weekdays, shifts between 07:00–16:00 and 08:00–17:00
